The course is designed to establish a solid foundation in the makeup basics, such as skincare and product-specific techniques. Students are trained in the skills of client consultation and Instagram marketing as well. This course also allows you some flexibility in opting for either weekday or weekend batches. As students of this course, you will get complimentary make-up and brush kits for practical sessions.

How We Teach

This makeup course has been designed to teach any student the art of make-up in stages. We start with theory classes and make-up demonstrations given by our instructors. For the student’s all-round development, these are accompanied by practical classes where they practice what has been taught first on themselves and then on live models. All of this happens under the guidance of the trainers.

What We Teach

The Professional Makeup course covers the theory of skin types, skincare, colour theory and product knowledge in its curriculum. This helps the students in identifying skin tones, building their own makeup kit and recognising eye and face shapes to understand what uniquely works the best for each.
In the practical sessions of the course, the students are taught highlighting techniques, blush application, eye makeup, false eyelash application, eyebrow shaping, lip makeup, party makeup, contemporary and traditional bridal makeup and various types of performance makeup. The students are also trained in specific makeup techniques for young and aged skin. The course also includes teaching different draping techniques along with hairstyling.
To enable 360° growth and learning, this course also builds the necessary skills of salon management in a student. This includes client consultation, assessment and photoshoots for portfolios.

Our Professional Makeup Artist Trainer, Dawn Tobin started her makeup career in 2013. Trained at Bharat N Dorris, she has since spent her years working extensively with celebrities, designers and advertising agencies.
